I’m passionate about providing excellent customer experiences and using technology to make everyday banking simpler. In my previous roles, I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills while supporting customers with account queries, payments, and digital services. What attracts me to Monzo is its focus on transparency, innovation, and putting customers first.
