I have had a brilliant experience from Monzo.

I have had a brilliant experience from Monzo. Been a new customer for just under a year and their stylish, yet practical way of providing online banking and service has helped me enormously. Monzo deserves credit for the work they have done in revolutionary banking - my other, traditional banks are not as modern, practical or user led whereas Monzo demonstrates the understand and empathise with the customers and their experiences Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026
