I never give the maximum rating for a review. However, Updraft have been amazing, so how could I not. A friend actually sugested checking them out. The application process was easy. That being said I did manage to make a mistake with uploading the wrong account info, which was totally my fault. The team were super friendly and helpful and sorted the issue very quickly! The interest rate I received was very competitive and the money was available in my account in a matter of days! The app is user friendly and helps me stay in control of my borrowing. No faff or technical jargon, just simplicity and transparency. Personal loans should be this simple for everyone! Reviewed on: 25th February 2026
