Good customer service even on a Sunday!

My son lost his rooster card, so I ordered a new one which didn’t arrive due to postal issues. I called rooster and even though it was a Sunday they were still there to talk to me and ordered a new one without hesitation. It arrived a few days later. They confirmed on email the last few numbers of the card so that if the original replacement also turned up I’d know if it was the right one. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026
