Their interest rates consistently sit at the higher end of the market, which is a major advantage for savers. However, a notable drawback is that customer service is not available at weekends. This limitation can be frustrating, especially if urgent support is needed outside of standard business hours. Overall, Allica Bank is excellent for strong savings returns, but the restricted customer service hours are an area where improvement would make a real difference for customers.
