Poor reaction to my disability

I was extremely disappointed when I didn't get a top-up loan, since I had never missed a payment on my current loan. The lady's attitude changed when I said that I couldn't take photos of my bank statement due to my disability. They already had the PDFs, so I didn't get the loan because of my disability. Interestingly, I got a loan from another company within 3 minutes! With this in mind, due to my experience, I won't be using Bamboo again, due to their attitude re my disability and the photo. What that advisor did was clearly against the Equality Act. Reviewed on: 26th February 2026
