Considerate, efficient experience

I was feeling a bit desperate and in a difficult medical situation and the team at Bamboo were so good and considerate during all our interactions. I also appreciate that there is somewhere I can go online to find out everything I need about upcoming payments, the opportunity to pay off earlier, and general guidance. Great job all round!
