Helpful and very efficient.

On a family holiday in Sa Coma, Majorca when we had need to use our insurance cover for the first time ever. My wife had to go to the on-site medical centre after hurting her foot and was advised she had a probable fracture. She contacted Barclays and they explained the whole process and supplied a reference number.
