Review of the Petplan, Pet insurance:

Missed checkup by 3 months won't pay 2 years later

I have had petplan insurance for the past 4 years. I renewed my policy this year and as my dog missed her check up appt by 3 months petplan wouldn't pay out a claim 2 years later! Typical insurance company, always trying to find a reason not to pay. No different to any other. I would not recommend. No UK call centres either Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
