Excellent Customer Service and Mobile app

Every time there was an issue, customer services dealt with it swiftly and efficiently. The only little glitch that has not been rectified yet, is that the card cannot be used at Pay at the Pump in Tesco and Morrisons petrol stations. I have been informed this is a wider issue that Tandem is dealing with and will be informed when difficulties have been overcome. Reviewed on: 10th May 2019
