Bad customer service

Sent a 9k check to pay off my loan, these people cashed the check and never applied it to my loan. The monthly payments were taken out of my paycheck for 3 months. Called them at least 10 times never got any help. I finally went to a consumer attorney and he wrote them a letter, and they finally closed my account emwith zero balance A bunch of crooks.
