Excellent customer satisfaction

Prompt response with email correspondence. I feel more in control of my finances now with the help of Updraft.I have email updates regularly including before my repayment, thanking me for payment, but also when I am eligible for further borrowing. There isn't any pressure to borrow more, but supported through options. Reviewed on: 28th February 2026
