Overall a great credit card, but with a few teething troubles

The Tandem credit card has some excellent features, with an unbeatable combination of cashback and zero transaction fees on foreign spending. The app is pretty good too, with instant updating of spending so that you can keep track, and access to electronic versions of statements. There are some annoying issues though: 1. No mechanism for requesting a credit limit increase. I was given a limit about 1/4 the limit of my other two cards. I'd like to transition to using the Tandem card exclusively, but this makes it tricky. They also handled the situation quite badly, initially telling me I could request a limit increase after 6 months, then at 6 months telling me I actually had to wait 12 months, then at 12 months telling me, actually, it just isn't possible! 2. No paperless statement option. This seems particularly weird given the app and the electronic statements. They claim this is for "legal reasons" but I don't get it - my other cards have paperless options with similar means of delivering electronic statements, so I don't know what those "legal reasons" could be. 3. Poor support for multiple card holders. Online transactions often require a passcode to be sent to a mobile phone, but the same phone number has to be used for all cards on the same account - not helpful if you're at work and your partner is at home trying to use the second card!
