Home insurance claim with Nationwide

I raised a home insurance claim with Nationwide, the policy is underwritten by RSA. I was expecting them to be empathetic and supportive however from the first engagement it felt like they were trying to find an opportunity to avoid paying the claim. They were looking at policy and process opportunities from the outset.
