Review of the Churchill Insurance, Home insurance:

Churchill do not allow existing customers to call them.

Just joined Churchill. One month in and I wanted to speak to them about adding my son with a provisional licence to the policy, as doing it through the online portal wasn't successful. No telephone number on the site, no telephone number when i asked the chat support. Spent 95 minutes on chat support to get the answer that they won't do that. A firm that won't speak to its customers. Awful experience. Never using them again. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026
