Great customer service!

For any urgent enquiries the dedicated Account Manager is an absolute god send for our business. Even if she can't answer straight away, we know we can hand over to her and it will be dealt with, without us having to chase. When my Office Manager called customer service, the advisor on the other end of the line actually knew about conversations she'd had with someone on the live chat straight away, no long waits or being passed from place to place. We swapped from another Fintech bank who closed our account without notice because a director hadn't responded to an email and we couldn't even speak to anyone about it on the day. Allica have been a revelation and I'd definitely recommend for other small businesses. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026
