Outstanding company fair, helpful and kind

During Covid my car finance came to an end and I was struggling financially, I asked the car company to keep the payments going the refused I had a balloon payment to make. Went to my bank of over 35 years - they refused no one was lending due to the economic climate. I didn’t know what tp do. I saw an advert for lendable 30 mins later the money was in my account for the 1st time in weeks I slept! I even emailed your CEO as my payments finished in January the time flew and you are an incredible fair company that I will tell anyone looking for help.
