Poor Service and leave you hanging to dry

I need to be called urgently to amend my DRO.. Call me urgently on 07724326464 I've been asking to change and amend details since before I signed the document and I've been constantly lied to about when I can amend the list on my DRO.. Now companies I didn't want contacted from ages ago are getting contacted and this can impact me really negatively going forwards... I've asked for two callbacks today and nobody has called but I was being pressured and called all the time to do the DRO.. Why cannot I get through to anybody or get a call back when I need help?????
