I was a little stumped when trying to pay into my Ca...

I was a little stumped when trying to pay into my Cash ISA account for the first time, but once I’d had a word with Customer Service, it was soon sorted out. I’m also pleased that they aren’t confusing me with different ‘pockets’ which caused me to lose a month’s worth of interest on the ISA I held with a previous provider. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
