Honestly they helped me understand some of my loans and explained that although I’ve never missed a payment and can afford the payments they explained I’ve taken a few loans out within the 12 month period and that’s why my credit is effected he was really helpful actually as I came quite late and my phone wasn’t working to give them some information they needed in the end they helped I didn’t get any money for myself but they gave me enough to clear up to £2,000 of debt Reviewed on: 13th May 2019
