The best on-line bank for us .

For me, Kroo is the best online bank I've ever opened, because I had a very embarrassing experience with another bank that even closed after only 2 months of use. The story was that I had transferred money incorrectly from my Kroo bank to the other bank (which was closed), but my money didn't automatically return, and I called several times claiming that my money had been returned or that I hadn't completed my transfer. In short, Kroo gave me all the possible assistance to prove my transfer, and the best part was that they gave me credit for the other bank's lack of professionalism, because they saw that I really needed my money. Now I ask, what bank does that for its customers nowadays? I haven't seen any yet!! I am immensely grateful to my Kroo bank for everything. For me, the best Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
