Non judgemental

When I actually spoke to people the service received was second to none. It was simple and easy and very straightforward and there was kindness and no judgement at all about my financial situation. the telephone service for trying to speak to the DRO team is in desperate need of fixing. I sat on hold for over an hour on many occasions and the phone service was abysmal unfortunately. But when I did speak to people the service was seamless. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
