Worse customer service ever.

This company is the worst energy provider ever they made us pay £545 for electric I a house that we no longer live in I sent a complaint to them in December and then was pestered by them for full week the end of February threatened with debt collectors and told I was aggressive In the phone when they wouldn’t even let me speak! I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company.never spoken to a customer service as rude in my life Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
