A good app with a great range of competitive products

A very good range of competitive products and the app is good too but it's not market leading. For example, there seems to be no way to save a reference for a payment. If you want o pay a credit card for example, you have to enter credit card number as the reference everytime as the saved credit card payee doesn't retain the reference and defaults to Sent from Kroo. Not had to use the in-app customer service in earnest but it's been good on the few occassions I have. What I really like is that the current account pays interest and the Cash ISA is flexible so it's easy to move money inside and out to maximise interest. The logo is also weirdly mesmerising; it's like a blob of jelly that makes this cool animation when you send money. Although Kroo is app only, it works fantastically well and I've not yet had any issues on an Android device; opening an account and onboarding was slick and easy, and worked first time.
