Customer service were understanding and patient to my personal circumstances and never made me feel like I didn’t want to answer the phone to them. Raj the first person I spoke to made me feel safe and confident in the service which is not something I usually feel on the phone due to my anxiety and allowed me time to think about my answers when they were stressful due to debts building up as a result of domestic violence. If it wasn’t for Raj and his calm and encouraging manner I definitely wouldn’t have had the confidence to carry on the rest of the application with other handlers over the phone or even fill out the parts alone on my phone.
