Improve communication during security reviews.

The operation of the accounts is very good. The one issue relates to security reviews of accounts where much more communication is required. I was told the review would take 24 hours and after 36 hours still no result. Customers are sending payments to us and the bank is rejecting the payments. The key issue is that there is no information on what is giving the delay. This is needs to improve. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
