Excellent Customer Service

There was a glitch with the visibility of my online account and some conflicting information relating to the use of the account (hence the loss of a star), however the resolution of the issues was very good - and everything was sorted out within a few hours. The Customer Service from Lorraine T was excellent. She clearly explained and investigated the issues and came back to me with a decision in my favour. This help was very much appreciated.
