My money got restricted without warning

used this because I lost normal bank card but after withdrawing cash a few times im a day they suspended my account I had to email wage slips bank statements photo ID and wait 8 working days until I could access my money again. their T&C's say they can suspended service for any reason and they give no warning but funnily enough they still allow you to deposit money in to their account while not letting you withdraw. oh you have to qualify for the £50 advance too they dont just give it.
