Refused to talk to me about my problem

My card stopped working randomly back in November. I messaged them to find out why and was told I'd been referred to another department. I never received a response. I have messaged in app and emailed but every time the response is "we're really busy and chasing this up, we'll contact you". But six months is far too long to wait, no matter how busy you are.
