Overall a nice, modern, good-value banking experience

App experience is excellent. Customer service via chat and/or email can sometimes be a little slow, but is accessible 24/7 and the outcome is generally very positive. Revolut is a modern, intelligent approach to banking and gives good value for money (albeit less so since they dropped the free entry level of business banking). Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
