I opened a savings account 3 years ago and have been so pleased with every aspect of my experience. THe website is easy to navigate, the rates have been good, and if you do need to speak to someone, it has always been friendly and helpful. And finally for me the most important point is I really like that my money is being used to support entrepreneurs grow their businesses at this very hard time. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
