Review of the Zopa, Credit card:

Generally decent experience, so far

For my circumstances, zoopa has been fine. I didn't need or particularly want a credit card, but was advised it helps strengthen credit scores. The ability to set this to my needs grants a sense of control. Only downsides are that the system is old and doesn't allow for me to add my title, so I haven't been able to explore other services. The CS side has felt AI or scripted, but overall, UX has been positive for me. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
