Great customer service, respond to individual needs.

I had got myself confused and mixed up about the accounts I had and accessing them. I sent an email and received a phone call on the same day where everything was sorted out, what steps I needed to take. The situation was managed and dealt with easily for me to deal with. I was happy with how I was listened to before any suggestions of what I should do, were made. It was made simple and straight forward for me. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
