OakNorth Bank: good value and good online service.

OakNorth Bank offered a competitive APR for my proposed fixed-term ISAs in both 2024 and 2025, and their online application process was pleasantly easy to use. Emails and online documentation were plainly and clearly expressed, so I always understood what I was doing. When the ISAs reached maturity, the renewal APR offered was so close to the best alternatives that I was happy to reinvest my ISAs with OakNorth for another year, something that was also easy to do. I am not financially sophisticated, so I am very grateful for the simplicity of the service and the confidence it gave me. Reviewed on: 7th March 2026
