Review of the Zopa app

Review of the Zopa app I find the app easy to use with a clean and simple layout. I can clearly see my savings accounts, balances, and interest rates, which makes it easy to track my money. Moving money between different savings pots is quick and straightforward, and the app generally runs smoothly. Overall, I’ve had a good experience using the app. The savings rates are competitive, and it’s convenient to manage everything from my phone. However, I have noticed that sometimes the information provided by customer service has been inaccurate, which can be frustrating when trying to get clear answers. One of the main benefits for me is how simple it is to organise savings into different pots for different goals. On the downside, the app still feels a bit limited compared to some other banking apps, especially when it comes to extra financial tools or insights. From my experience, the app works well for saving and managing money easily, and the interface is very user-friendly. While I like the app overall, improvements in customer service accuracy and additional banking features would make the experience even better. Reviewed on: 8th March 2026
