Pretty, user-friendly and fun!

Revolut is straight forward to use and so user-friendly- you can customise to your hearts content whilst also tracking your expenditure. So at least it looks aesthetic whilst the coins come flying out (but I love that you can choose the percent of how much you 'round' up your payments so you're saving in the background whilst spending. Their exchange rates are usually very fair and their physical card designs are unique and ever-expanding. You can also earn points towards discounts at retailers or airport lounge access etc. They have a host of feature I barely use but are mega handy. You can also, if using as the main bank to receive a pay check in, set it up to immediately designate itself to certain areas from the get - additionally, you can also set up your monthly budget spend limit (something I should do but would make me sad ... perhaps more reason to do it.)
