Excellent company with competitive rates

I have been with OakNorth for the past 8 years and have savinvested in cash ISAs and Term Deps accounts. I have always found their rates to be competitive. The online process is intuitive, clear with good communication. When I have had occasion to contact their customer support centre they have responded promptly, concisely and helpfully.
