Helpful and knowledgable staff

I called and spoke with Chi today who was super helpful in helping me regain access to my account. She spent additional spent time setting me with up with online banking to help managing my account easier and at the end offered to switch my account to a new one with a slightly better interest rate. Chi was patient whilst I was setting up my online access and it felt like nothing would have been too much trouble. I was thinking about closing my account but based on my interaction today I will likely keep it open and use more regularly. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026
