Truly Amazing

When we first approached Haysto, we were unsure whether a mortgage would be possible because of adverse credit. That uncertainty did not last long. From the very first conversation, Michaela was confident that Haysto could help. She understood the position immediately, and took the time to explain the process properly. Her confidence really set the tone for everything that followed. Our mortgage adviser, Martin, was excellent. Within 24 hours he had secured a Decision in Principle, which we had not expected. He was clear, practical and focused on finding a way forward. Throughout the process he was professional, courteous and refreshingly straightforward. A true gentleman. Aiste in the pre-application team was equally impressive. She moved quickly to gather the necessary documents and made sure the application was submitted without delay. She was organised, responsive and kept everything on track, which took a lot of the stress out of the process for us. Tara provided clear and sensible advice on insurance and took the time to explain the options properly so that we could make informed decisions. Our case managers, particularly Shannon and Nasya, kept matters moving and kept us updated throughout. They chased where needed and communicated clearly, which gave us confidence that things were being properly managed. Everyone involved went above and beyond. We are very grateful for the work done and would have no hesitation in recommending Haysto, particularly to those who feel their circumstances make a mortgage difficult.
