First time buyers

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to Lisa and Charley at Haysto for their unwavering support throughout our mortgage journey. As first-time buyers with the added complexities of being self-employed and having a checkered credit history, we genuinely believed that securing a mortgage was a long shot. From the outset, the team at Haysto were nothing short of exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and, most importantly, non-judgemental. They took the time to thoroughly understand our unique situation and provided clear, honest advice about what we could expect. At no point did we feel like we were just another case; instead, we felt genuinely cared for. Communication was a standout aspect of our experience. We were kept in the loop at every stage, and any questions we had were promptly answered. This level of transparency and responsiveness made the entire process far less stressful than we had anticipated.
