Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Took months to complete our mortgage, after us having to constantly chase them for updates. Would not recommend them to anyone and wish we had never used their services. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Applying for a mortgage can already feel like a long and stressful process, so having to chase for updates on top of that must have been incredibly frustrating. While some parts of the home-buying journey depend on mortgage lenders and third-party conveyancing firms, you should always feel informed about what’s happening and where things stand. It sounds like we didn’t get that balance right for you, and that’s genuinely disappointing to hear. We’d really like the chance to look into what happened and understand where things slowed down.
