You can't even make a claim because they say your po...

You can't even make a claim because they say your policy doesn't exist, yet i'm getting charged every month. I never received the policy booklet. The person on the phone says i answered security questions incorrectly, then can't tell me which i didn't answer. Tried every possible combination on their website, doesn't work. The absolute worst, most infuriating experience I've ever had. Nobody should pay for this. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
