Review of the Ecology Building Society, Savings:

View on product page

I have been with Ecology for decades!

I have been with Ecology for decades - since the days of hand written passbooks and envelope re-use labels to post cheques! The shift to the online portal has been efficient, offering straightforward and secure savings. Knowing my savings are used for good is important, and knowing I can add to them or withdraw easily is also important. Ecology succeeds on all those fronts. Highly recommend, saving for my children's future isn't just about saving in an account, it's about ensure they have a planet to inherit too. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Reply from Ecology Building Society Thank you for your review, Stuart. It means a lot to hear from someone who has been with Ecology through the days of handwritten passbooks right through to our newer online services. We're pleased the move to our online service has made managing your savings easier, while staying true to the values that brought so many Members to Ecology in the first place. Your comments about saving for future generations really resonate with us. Thank you for being part of Ecology's journey for so many years. Olivia, Ecology Team Response date: 27th August 2026
