Excellent service for first time buyers

As a first time buyer Mojo mortgages supported me through the entire process until I completed. They went above and beyond by reviewing house searches with me and carrying out market research into the surrounding area. They supported me with putting an offer forward in line with my affordability, stepped in to deal with estate agents acting unfavourably, wrote emails based on their access to info from bank surveyors to help negotiate the price down, checked in with me when my solicitors were dealing with my request and made phone calls on my behalf to the lender to speed completion up. Some days they would work on weekends on their days off to ensure I was looked after with prompt replies and call backs. I'm grateful for their support. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
