Loan management.

1. Staff explained all aspects of the loan clearly. 2. The online interface for small early overpayments is easy to use. Of particular value to me is the immediate update of the future payment schedule once an overpayment is made. I like that I can make small repayments, without having to save for a large minimum overpayment. It is worthwhile to me to knock an extra £10 of what is owed when I can. It reduces my overall interest on the loan, particularly when I pay early in the loan. I am delighted with the feature telling me my total instantaneous figure for full early repayment, without having to trigger the repayment. It helps me to see my overpayment history. The lendable portal makes me feel in control of what I am doing. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026
