These people know how to do customer service

These people, this company, know how to do customer service. A direct line, they pick up the phone quickly, call and email when they say they will. This is old-fashioned customer service at its best, but with a knowledgeable and friendly approach to providing quality products to properties that are just a little bit more unique.
