Great communication and excellent customer service.

The user friendly dashboard makes it very easy to check how my investments are performing. What I appreciate most is the proactive communication from Moneyfarm. They regularly host webinars to share their investment strategy, answer questions and whenever there is a major global event that affects the stock market, they provide a considered response within 24-48 hours advising how this is likely to affect their clients.
