They never pay out

made a claim on my travel insurance with co op after having to cancel my holiday when diagnosed with a serious illness. Co Op refused to pay out when it was clearly covered. They always never pay out and are under investigation for failing to do so. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Zurich- the company that never pays out

I made a claim on my travel insurance with Zurich after having to cancel my holiday when diagnosed with a serious illness. Zurich refused to pay out when it was clearly covered. They always never pay out and are under investigation for failing to do so. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

They don’t pay out

They refused to pay out on Travel insurance when I had to cancel a holiday due to serious illness when it was covered by the policy. They never pay out. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

They do not pay out

I took out travel insurance with the Zurich in complete good faith, I specifically checked that they would cover circumstances where I had to cancel my holiday. They assured me I was covered. I booked a holiday shortly before going on holiday I was diagnosed with a serious illness and had to cancel my holiday. I made a claim Zurich refused to pay out, even though I was clearly covered.
