Zurich do not pay out

Zurich do not pay out I had to cancel my holiday due to serious illness, I had travel insurance with Zurich which clearly covered this but Zurich refused to pay out. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2026

made a claim on my travel insurance with co op after having to cancel my holiday when diagnosed with a serious illness. Co Op refused to pay out when it was clearly covered. They always never pay out and are under investigation for failing to do so. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
