Online account issues

Although I have had problems setting up my online account, everyone I spoke to was polite and helped me to get the issue resolved. Feel that they understood what the problems were and were able to assist promptly and didn't feel like a call centre environment but more like a personal service. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
