Customer service are very quick to respond to queries and provided adequate responses. The app is easy to use and navigate and it satisfies my banking needs. I like that I can freeze and unfreeze my card online if required, and a replacement card was super quick to arrive. No other banks paying interesrt on credit amounts these days, although interest used to be much higher than it is now. Can't pay in cheques but who uses cheques these days? Very happy with Kroo.
